Take in a breathtaking new night viewing experience from the Kagawa Prefectural Office.

The nightscape viewing event, CITY LIGHT FANTASIA BY NAKED, produced by the creative company NAKED Inc.
which has attracted a total of three million visitors, makes its way to Shikoku for the first time,
appearing at the observation deck in the Kagawa Prefectural Office in autumn 2019.
Spectacular night views of Takamatsu from the observation deck on the 21st floor
fuse with a fantastical visual display along the deck windows to make for an unforgettable night viewing experience.
Rediscover the wonders of Takamatsu and the islands of the Seto Inland Sea
amidst a beautiful project mapping display that captures the feeling of being surrounded by sea.
This event brings the real and the virtual together in perfect unison,
stretching across the cityscape and the islands dotting the landscape from the Kagawa Prefectural Office.
